Regulations:
*1 ticket for the Tier I bs is 1,5 million isk, with
a max of 75 players and max 3 tickets per player
01: If you want to play with Pro-Lot, you can
reply on this topic and put in the number of
tickets you wish to buy. As you can see, there is
a list of open tickets, so you can pick a number.
First come, first serve.
Example:
Player name: you
Tickets: 2 (max tickets per player is 3)
my lucky number(s): 02-31
02: All players will be displayed in this topic
with their personal numbers.
03: When all numbers are taken, you are requested
to make your payment to "Sir Vu", also send him a
mail. He will update the list with a $ mark. That
is your confirmation of your payment.
04: There will be a special lottery channel with a
password. The drawing will be live, you can be
there if you want to. If you can't be there while
we draw your number, you will get a confirmation
mail with our congratulations. You have to contact
"Council Q", he will take care of it.
05: A random number generator will draw the
winning number and if you are the lucky one,come
on down and claim it!
06: Once all players has payed, the lottery will
start within one day. All players will get an
invitation mail to join the lottery channel with a
pass.
07: Your fresh Tier 2 battleship of your own choice will be waiting for you within 24 hours to be picked up in Empire space.
08: Your are allowed to promote this lottery to
your friends/corp members.
09: If you are the winner, please, tell a little
story what you are going to do with your price.
10: Suggestions for inovations/improvements are
welcome, plz send them to "Council Q"
11: Corp members of Procurare are excluded from
this lottery.
12: Good luck with your number!

Normaly this lottery would open at friday's but Sir Vu ,wont be there to open it. So he asked me to take care of it. So now we start a little bit earlier.

Yes the thing is the quote is about our first lottery which you could win a Tier 1 bs and now you can win a Tier 2.
